Why did my order arrive in packaging from <insert company here>?
In order to reduce our environmental impact, we frequently repurpose shipping materials we have on hand. Don’t be surprised if your order is packed in a Prime mailer, a power tool box, or even a beer 12-pack!
I placed my order <x# of days> ago, when is it expected to ship?
Many of our items are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your shipment. Occasionally, particularly on large orders, we may be backed up. If we are unable to ship your order within 7 business days, we will notify you of the delay.

Do you offer fitted hats?
Due to the inventory tracking involved with maintaining stock of various sizes, we do not offer fitted hats at this time.
Do you print custom items?
Yes! We are a full service design company. If you can imagine it, we can make it a reality! We also offer web design, signmaking, photography and video services. Visit our commercial site for more details.
